“The Light Touch” Energy Healing
“The Light Touch” Energy Healing combines Elemental Space Clearing® and Eden Energy Medicine. Both are intended to shift and balance energies in your body or environment to create optimal well-being and invoke health, vitality, happiness and abundance in your life and space.
As an Eden Energy Medicine - clinical practitioner , I work with the nine energy systems in the body.: Aura, Chakras, Meridians, Electrics, Radiant Circuits, Celtic Weave, Basic Grid, Triple Warmer and 5-Rhythms.
These energies are sacred flows with an intelligence and wisdom that guides, supports, maintains, and heals the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
As an EEM practitioner I interact with these energies in an intentional way to facilitate healing. It is an honour to do this work. Since working with the energy systems of the body is a gift and a responsibility, I promise you my commitment to keep myself energetically strong, resilient, and balanced to serve you best.
Trained in various techniques, from Black Pearl Sanctuary that takes you into a state of deep relaxation and helps with stress relief, to chakra and aura (biofield) balancing, to methods that alleviate pain, or support you through autoimmune or cancer treatment, I can help anyone who is suffering from various issues, i.e. hormonal imbalance, pain, trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, illness, or surgery recovery.
The Eden Method can be used safely to maintain your health and increase your vitality, or as a complementary therapy e.g. to reduce physical and emotional pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase resilience. Bringing your body back into balance is my main goal. And since your individual energies are as unique as a thumb print, all sessions different and geared to your individual needs.
Elemental Space Clearing® is the sacred art of shifting and changing energy felt in a home or workspace. Energies can only be shifted, but we can’t take away or add to energies.
After balancing the current energies, we then invoke the supportive energy to create a place of happiness and abundance - or whatever you desire.

“Oh how I love Antje! When I decided to get a house clearing, I had no idea it would be a life clearing. What first blew me away was how detailed all of the questions were, how thorough. I felt like someone really wanted to come in and be with me through all the choices I had to make throughout the years and really look at what I could let go of, what power I did have, what changes were so easy to make everything feel better. I felt like she was loving me through it all as I was sharing some parts of a terrible story that my kids and I had gone through. I felt as if she was hugging me and witnessing what no one else in my life had really taken the time to do. I was able to share pictures of my home and also be loved through that. When I first started communicating with Antje, it was a time when my house just felt 'off'. I couldn't pin it down to one issue, but it certainly felt like it was clinging on to some energy which was holding us back as a family. I was restless and overwhelmed when I came through the front door each day.
